Hi everyone, I arrived back in the UK yesterday after a very long journey about 26 hours total - fortunately I didn't feel too bad after it, just a little tired! A day that started off very well but ended up being a slog especially for me as my feet were very sore. We started up on the moor of course as Warren Farm is a moorland farm. ... of the trip, helped by clear blue skies. We were walking through ancient woodland, both oak and beech, looking out over deep, dramatic valleys. Similar in some ways to walking in the Chilterns except here the valleys are deeper and on the higher tops there is heather covered moorland.
