After an overnight stay in Erie PA we drove further towards Ontario, Canada. As we drove past Lake Erie towards Niagara Falls we saw all this 'white' in the water. We first thought it was foam but as we got closer we realised it was ice!! At Niagara Falls we saw large iced up parts along the side. Locals told us that the whole falls froze over this winter. ... we started back towards "home", hoping we could even lay down on a couch somewhere....we were pleasantly surprised to find the room ready for us when we got back and prompltly climed into what must be a peruvian miracle - a very comfortable bed! (Again, if you read my last blog, you`ll know what I`m talking about).

We slept a few hours and then went out for some just ok pizza and wine. Back home and watched some good old Peruvian TV and then lights out!

... is in the ridiculous pile rapidly growing downstairs. (I tease...they were actually trying very hard to keep the peace at the check in desk and I did not envy their job on this kind of horrible day) After digging our luggage out we decided that since it was now 2 o'clock in the morning we had better just stay at the airport. We knew the airport would would be even more chaotic in the morning. We found a little spot to tuck ourselves ...
