... get on, you get given some little headphones so you can get the running commentary in your desired language. It was great to sit back and listen and see the sights. Madrid certainly is very different from Salamanca and doesn't seem to have as such ancient history. On the second way round, I got off at the large fountain opposite the Prado art museum. ... dinner at a restaurant in Segovia then it was time to visit the Segovia Cathedral. There are more than 20 chapels with beautiful works of art and stained glass. There is a passageway leading to the cloister which is older than the Cathedral. There are incredible works of art. We saw original paintings, carvings and beautiful tapestries. Breakfast at Alejandra's was all Swiss as her dad works there and comes here on the weekends so sweet pastry biscuits and the weirdest hot chocolate.

Lunch was different types of spaghetti; carbonara and bolognaise.
