... than to say, they were GOOD! We caught the bus to the airport, and them said a very emotional goodbye to each other. Now if you can imagine how close you can get traveling together for 4 1/2 months, you can imagine how emotional this goodbye was. It was tough, but I know I'll see her again as soon as I get home. I thought of all the amazing things that Rachel was as a traveling companion, and once again was so incredibly, very thankful for her!! ...

... but they failed to mention this swap would cost her an extra $10. They also charged each person for the bread they brought out without asking. This was the only experience on the whole trip where we felt sort of scammed.

Oh and by the way, the highlight of the day was... PEANUT BUTTER. This just isn't a thing in Spain, at least in northern Spain. We could not find PB anywhere! So unfortunate, as that is like the ...

... was what we called the fairy-tale castle.

We made some bedside sandwiches in our room, and anticipated taking the train tomorrow as no one is really feeling that great. Ryan is puking, and mom's feet are still hurting pretty badly. Oh and trying to sleep to the sounds of a nightclub and fireworks isn't exactly restorative. We will see how we feel in the morning
