Graham met another trathlete on the campsite and they decided to travel on the 7.30 bus into Geneva. An early start with number tattoos applied , sun cream on and pre race breakfast. I delivered them to the bus stop and went back to see if there was any other signs of life at base camp. After this we had to go to the English library to renew some books. It's funny we don't go there often but Riley remembers exactly where the kids area is here. It's not even in plain sight when, you have to know where to go and he did. We had ...

It was a 5km uphill ride against the wind. I am definitely
unfit. And I am also looking forward to riding in tomorrow -
it should all be downhill with the wind at my back.

I got back to the smiles of the youngest son and got to meet
the eldest. I am envious of these boys.
