... the children while Catherine and Giles had a night out. We read stories to Oscar before bed, and Cole kept leaning in to see the pictures as well. He was almost as interested as Oscar!

Tomorrow is our last day in London, and we are quite sad that our holiday is coming to an end. We are having an early start with a busy agenda to fit in everything we have missed or still would like to see.

It was certainly considerably warmer in Bath today than it was yesterday - the temperature was a good 5 degrees or so higher. I could already tell when I woke up that it was going to be a nicer day as my room wasn't nearly as cold and was, in fact, instead already rather toasty. When I got outside the weather was almost the polar opposite to the previous day: it was a gloriously sunny day. I headed across the bridge, away from town. The Holbourne art museum is only a 10-15 minute walk ...

... Central London and see landmarks and stuff along the way. Which according to our calculations ended up to be approximately 10.4 miles.

Now we're just sitting in the common room looking at pictures, and making plans for what we're going to see in Brighton with Laura. We're starting to learn to look right then left after a few close calls of almost being hit by cars. Luckily Londoners aren't afraid to use their horns.
