... On the way home we got caught in a rainstorm...the rain finally let up when we're just outside of Dublin and I stopped my first Irish rainbow! See the picture below. All in all, I had a magical day in Northern Ireland and was exactly was I was thinking of in terms of seeing the beauty of Ireland! Today was truly magical and I am so happy to get to share it with you! Thanks to those folks who have left comments, I really appreciate it! :)

... and free range eggs from their chickens you could see out the window in the garden. Honestly the best breakfast and breads I have had the pleasure of consuming.

We got to SKYPE the kids before setting off, wishing we had more time in Bellycastle just to eat - like we need it! The rope bridge was not far and we first stopped off at a little village harbour called Ballintoy which has been used for Game of Thrones filming. It was pretty down ...

Stood up ontop of the octagonal stones and looked out, and even sat on Finn's boot (allegedly), ha. walked up a few walking trails and saw the absolutely best view of the sea (or ocean? is it still the irish sea Northwards?), and even went up ontop of the hill type of thing, and I've realized its not that I have vertigo, but I do have a somewhat fear of heights, especially wlaking on paths ...
