... ride into Belfast. It is a gorgeous day and the views are beautiful--at times following the coast, then making its way through fertile farmland and winding through little villages.
Upon our arrival in Belfast, I find that the hilton is within walking distance of the station so I roll my way to the hotel, drop off my bags and am off on my adventure for the day.

... 7 cellos and 3 basses for our concerts for this tour. I was not expecting the cellos to be in hard cases and the basses to be in flight shipping cases. When the instruments are packed like this - it is huge and takes up so much space. (We will take a picture of it tomorrow so you can see just how big….) We have a smaller bus than normal with a trailer and we had arranged the trailer to hold all the suitcases expecting the instruments to go under the bus. ...

After the tour, our tour guide dropped us off at the oldest pub in Belfast where we stopped for a drink to recuperate from our tour. Then we decided it was food time so we went looking for a tavern to eat at... Google led us to quite a fancy one in the end where we spent a happy couple of hours... till we started to feel ...
... due to St. Patrick’s Day. We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day this weekend with my roommates and some other Erasmus students. My roommates and myself organised a special breakfast with pancakes in our apartment for all of the Erasmus students. There was enough enthusiasm, so extra pancakes had to be baked;)

There were 5 of us from our hostel which was nice to have others in the group that you know, the Spanish girl from our room, another Spanish girl who speaks excellent English and an Asian girl that's Australian. Our tour guide told us hilarious Irish stories and serious ones too as we drove along to our first stop at Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. It was a 20min walk along the coastline to the rope bridge where you had to pay £5 each to cross it, us being us we ...
