... the city town Hall ( photos) & parliament buildings (photos) then it was onto the titanic display which was opened for the 100 anniversary of the tragedy in 2012 ( 1911 when voyage commenced). A very informative exhibition of which more time was needed but we have a schedule to keep don't we??It was back to hotel for a relaxed evening where we dined at leisure in the hotel & a walk before bed to take in the sites. ...

We decided to change our plans for a little bit and head up to Belfast. Boy, am I glad we did! We arrived in Belfast just in time for lunch. There was a little street fair right near our car park at the mall...Baylor grabbed a falafel and I got a "Street Dawg"... ... and no overtaking lanes. Our trip was only 147km but with a few stops to gaze at a castle or find lunch and a loo and taking care on the roads, it took a while. We note that every place has its unwritten road rules and it pays to figure them out if you want to survive! The local specialty is to change lanes at will with no indicating, especially on the motorways where everyone travels at high speed. Makes for exciting moments and ...
