... are a little daunting at first! We are starting to no longer notice the American accent on TV ads, news broadcasts etc.
During our brief stay in Miami, we also took a tour with Pirate Duck Tours , They have amphibious vehicles which drive around the highlights of Miami Beach then drive into Biscayne Bay to go by Star Island and other islands where celebrities have luxury homes.
Well we finally made it! We completed the longest leg of our trip today and are still awake to write about it this evening. We started the day off with a hearty breakfast at a local Daytona Beach diner. The tables came complete with Trivia Pursuit cards to quiz each other with while we waited for our food. A very nice young lady wheeled Leslie to the security check-point. Again, we bypassed the main cue for a very short one on the side.
As we put all of our stuff in bins to go through the X-ray machine, the lady helping us told me to go ahead through the metal detector. She said she would push all of our thins through. That included Leslie's cane.

... 7 hour time changes are the worst. Apparently it's just science.
Key West is heaven on earth. We spent 6 hours there and were blown away by its beauty. It is a hot spot for cruise liners which are amazing to see and the sea is full of marine life. In the space of 30 minutes snorkeling (off some random beach) we saw a Lion fish (also known as a Scorpion Fish), hundreds of Parrot Fish and two massive Angel Fish. ... the rides still there from when I last went over ten years ago! There were a couple of new ones though, like the Simpsons simulator ride which was crazy, like a roller coaster that didn't move! Queue time was insanely long though! We grabbed some famous turkey legs for dinner, and ended up feeling sick and mega thirsty the rest of the afternoon! There was also a huge new roller coaster there called Rock It, where you pick your own soundtrack for the ride which was pretty cool. ...
