Got up late enough and went to McDonald's. In fairness to McDonald's it's a banker. You know what your getting when you go there. I was dying for a Starbucks coffee and an ice cream so we headed off in search of both. The combination of ice cream and coffee makes me weak at the knees. I ******* love the two of them. ... a local commuter minibus called a collectivo to a little beach called Akumel where a guide gave us a private snorkeling tour around the bay, showing us the best places to spot sea turtles- and this time we were not disappointed! Everywhere we looked we saw turtles resting on the ocean floor whilst we were floating motionless on the surface, our eyes and ears underwater intensely observing these magnificent creatures. It was so peaceful, the only sound we could hear was ...

... an animal like a racoon), was waltzing past and the dog didn't like it. Luckily for the, either stupid or brave, dog it didn't actually catch up with the coati because they have claws that can rip open logs.

We spent the rest of the afternoon reading by the pool, trying to work out what we will do next week. We tried a fish restaurant by the beach for dinner. The location was fantastic but perhaps we arrived too close to closing because the food was bit ...
