Today we visited the most famous cheese factory in Switzerland, Emmentaler dairy. Which took us on a journey back in time, starting with an original 18th century cheese dairy. Once again, the company has been fantastic and the scenery spectacular!

While I'm typing this Pat is having a fight with her bedding and has decided to rearrange everything! The plumbing is also a each hotel we've stayed at we have to figure out how to use the taps and tonight Tossa gave us a talk on how to turn on the shower taps!! It's been an experience that's for sure!!

... 3:30 and again the rain held off. Despite the pedestrian zone shopping areas being very crowded, 99% of the stores are closed since it is Sunday. Only a few souvenir kiosks were open.
