... The next day I got to pass by the Bahá'í temple, located about 2-3 minutes walking from Simon's house. Bahá'ií is a really small religion, and there are only 7 temples in the entire world for people of this religion to go to. It was pretty crazy that the only one in all of Europe was located so close to where I was staying.

Christmas day was the last day I was spending in Germany, and I realized after eating so much great food I needed to start exercising more. There was ...

The drive to Frankfurt was a rainy one and through some parts we had torrential downpours to drive through, we still managed to get some high speed driving in though…trying to get ...

A travel blog entry by kpgtravels on Apr 24, 2014

With almost a full day to spend in Prague before flying to Frankfurt, we headed off early to visit the Castle. We had walked past it yesterday on the way day the hill and decided that it would be a good thing to do this morning. Well, we found out today what the old proverb "Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today" actually means, by discovering police everywhere and the castle closed for the day. Apparently nobody else was ...

These photos show a progression of the signs as you progress from deplaning to your arrival at the Fernbahnhof for long-distance travel to other points in Germany and beyond.

      (1) Follow all signs to "Gepäckausgabe--Baggage Claim"

      (2) When you are almost there you will come to the "Zoll--Customs" agent. I did not take pictures here due to the potentially sensitive nature of the area. But there are 2 different lines--one for ...
