... we decided to do our shop which was due so had some fun picking up the local delicacies so now we have a Sven full of 'Schnitzel, Cocoa-hazelnut cream filled wafers, sour kraut and so many variances of the sausage that we could almost be authentic Austrians.

We woke this morning to discover that it had rained in the night and that we had had some water come in one of the windows and the cushions of the seats were pretty wet so not a great start. The forecast wasn't great and looking out the window it didn't look too promising so we hung around this morning and let Jess do some work while I got stuff prepared so we could go on a bike ride, including repairing a puncture on my bike. ...

... at Pri Cesarju. We spoke at length with the owner's son, Frank, who was a wealth of knowledge. During the conversation, Igor, a client of the pub noticed my strong Australian accent (no ****, fair dinkum) and stated that he had relatives who worked in Victoria. ... gingerly but could not get out fast enough. The water was freezing!!!.
Luckily you do warm up again quickly and one of the advantages of such a setting is that you could drink the water from the river quite safely whenever you felt thirsty.
Overall the experience in such a beautiful setting with turquoise water and mountains all around was lovely and great fun.
