... at an open section of river and he spent about 30mins looking at and investigating the rocks! We found one with incredible green streaks through it. We wanted to try some Slovenian cuisine so went for dinner at a cute little place called Strud'l. We had a huge feast of local specialities. It was delicious! We also tried their homemade tea and a crepe for dessert. So full! Very enjoyable ...

Clear blue skies and very cold! We got ready to ride then drove to find somewhere to park for the day. Not an easy task in a touristy town like this! After checking the weather forecast and some grocery shopping we hit the road to Bled in Slovenia. We arrived at the campsite. Their last guests for the season! They close tomorrow. We're the only ones here. We found a spot for Percy and he ...

Sunday 8 September - We arrived in Munich a little ahead of schedule. Michael and Kati were there to meet us. So lovely to see them again and be able to give them a hug. We stopped in the airport for a quick cup of tea and coffee, then it was onto the autobahn bound for Klagenfurt. The wasn't much traffic driving south but the cars were backed up for many kilometres in the other direction as it was the end of the summer school break so families were returning home from ...
