... to the town of **** (lol). It took us a little over an hour to reach the train station at Garmish-Partenkirchen. We bought tickets and awaited to board our train for an adventure to Zugspitze, a mountain peak that goes by the tagline "Top of Germany". Not to be mistaken with the tagline for Jungfraujoch in Switzerland "Top of Europe". Zugspitz (nearly 3000m) is the main attraction on this route. ... in the painted roof had us in awe. Initially it was thought we may be able to tour the distillery and brewery but we couldn't decipher the signage well enough to work out where that might be. On the road once more, but this time with our hotel in Innsbruck, Austria as our destination. ... around for a couple hours, and traveling up into higher altitude mountains to look down into the town, we end up back on the main street to have dinner and Austrian beer at an outdoor cafe. The food is delicious, the surroundings are perfect, and we just sit and take it all in. We are finishing up our time in the Dolomites area and heading back to Munich to get Shayne and Cole.

Our last loop in the Dolomites was not disappointing. It was really cold and with the humidity, it seemed even colder. The picture with the flowers and the lake with the rocks in the background was taken from the side of the road. Everywhere we turn is another photo opportunity.

... Northern Italy, a mob of people of some uncertain race all overtake the train. They scatter throughout the cabins to the bathrooms or other places to hide, and as the police later come searching for them and apprehending him it becomes abundantly clear that they were looking to sneak across the Italian border into Austria or Germany. It appears most of them are caught by the border police but some of them may have made it.
