... bus coming back from where our bus was going(!) or call at 8 tomorrow morning. So we ordered a beer and sat in wait. 1741 came and the same round and cheery bus driver who took us into St Anton at 1139, and brought us back at 1555, pulled into the bus stop, dangling our camera through the window in his hand!! We enthusiastically thanked him and set back off down the hill! Never would've happened in the UK... What a relief! We'd already planned our solution ...

We were woken at half 4 by rain and thunder so we brought Prego in. We dropped back off to sleep before being awoken again at 6ish by another storm. On our last night in Germany, we were woken at half 2 by an awesome thunderstorm. Had we not been bleary eyed, we'd have watched it! But instead we just brought Prego inside and fell back to sleep, enjoying the air finalły cooling. A leisurely pack up but still on the road for half 9... To Austria!
