... I came across a website that was for Gimmelwald, a town tucked up in the Swiss mountains with no traffic and the only way to access it is by cable car. SOLD. I watched the video (here if you’d also like to be enlightened and knew I had to go. With zero convincing, Ann and Sarah also felt the desire to get to this magical place.

Magical is exactly what it is. We flew to Basel, Switzerland and took a bus ...

... is literally lined with the biggest names in French Champagne including the most famous one of all - Moet & Chandon. We booked ourselves on the 2 pm tour of Moet & Chandon's very impressive cellars. The cellars are underground below palatial office buildings and consist of 28 km of tunnels over three levels. ... campsite rules about noise which were obviously not being enforced. Do not stay at the Zurich town campsite unless you cannot avoid it, as it is not for real campers. We caught the bus to the train station (in the rain) and waited for a train to take us to Interlaken via Lucerne. The first train took us to Lucerne and we had a quick look around the town before boarding the train to Interlaken. This trip ...

... did a small but nice hike in the mountains the next day. It’s crazy how you lose your hiking skills really quickly. I felt like i was going to fall over every step I took. All over the valley, we could see para-sailers in the sky, it would have been awesome to try except it the damage was at least $170 each... bummer. XGGfa-cjNcaDADRk_4xA?authkey=Gv1sRgCMTO ...
