We woke up super early, 5:30 am (10:30 pm CST). Sara and her dad had picked out pastries from a local bakery for breakfast the night before, and we ran down to the cable car lifts to Mont Blanc to wait in line and eat them! We caught the two cable cars to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the view for about 2 hours! It was glorious seeing the beautiful ...

Anne pulls our group together and reminds us that she wanted to visit Trummelbach Falls across the road. She recommends we go through the campsite at this point to get there.

... the start of my trip and I had been looking forward to coming back ever since....I just liked the feel of the place. It was clean and friendly...a welcome change from Paris. The woman who sold me my train ticket from the airport was actually helpful and went out of her way to save me money....a good way to be introduced to a country, those type of things make so much difference.

I was going to stay a night in Zurich, but I decided to head straight ...
