After reading about Ha Long Bay online I didn't know what to expect. Would it be a gorgeous, otherworldly paradise, or an overrun, dirty, noisy bay that was beautiful once but had its heyday 20 years ago? Back on board the boat, we had a Vietnamese cookery lesson. Charlie Dan and Indie all keen to have a go. They made Vietnamese spring rolls - delicious!
Dinner at 7.30 - all beautifully done. Just like being on the Orient Express - except on water.
