... everything just flashed by! Still lovely though.

Made all our connections, with an hour break in Tours, so we went out for a short walk. From what we did see, the best place was the railway station, which was very ornate.

Back to Bayeux and making dinner, even though I wondered if I had forgotten how to cook (steak, vegetables and salad!) then off to bed!

I did see a few larger dogs - a Dalmatian, staffy and a few border collie types, but most are very very small. I noticed that most males carry man bags. Mainly black small oblong vinyl types. Wow! What a beautiful castle in the countryside. Andrew has played 2 games of golf. The children and I have ridden bikes around the quiet town, visited the chocolate factory on site, tried to converse in French with the chocolatier, eaten beautiful food ( Ains couldn't quite manage the cold tomato soup at dinner - Kate you will need to work on that one when we get back). Late check out of 12 noon, so we are just about to drive on the Le Mans. Miss you all ...

... during the course of the tour and I managed to score one for guessing the answers to Adam's riddles -
What word in the English language has three consecutive double letters in it?
The second one was easier: The more you have of it the less you can see! What is it?
What has a head, a tail and a brown body?
See how quickly you can work them out and let me know the answers.
