... long enough to buy some meat and beer for tonights BBQ before retiring to the pool. LJ gave her cousin a quick ring to make sure all is well and we're still ok to crash at theirs for a while and he wouldn't hear of anything else and he's picking us up from the bus station. Think we'll be buying him plenty of beers over the next few weeks to say thank you. Hopefully our next update will be from Cairns.

... a plane at 14,000 ft. Everything went to plan and had a perfect landing back on earth on the beach. I paid for a dvd and pictures so will have them by this evening. I looked at the video on the way back on the bus and it was great.

... on the Ulysses track, an off road undulating trail to the jetty near Bingal Bay. Maegs decides to run part of the track and amazes us with her stamina. She and Max swap use of the bike, Greg’s running and I am usually on my bike.

I was also able to join two Yoga classes at the communal hall within the caravan park, which was an added bonus, but just another tick to add to the growing list of advantages of this town.

... is totally self sufficient for water, electricity and sewage. They have to come pick you up in a 4x4 just to get you out there. It's one of the few places you can still the the endangered cassowary bird in the wild. I ran into a young one while going to the beach early one morning. =) yeah it was awesome. The views were unbelievable, the pictures are terribly unflattering due to our faces being vaccumed by the air and the adrenaline rush is like nothing either of us have ever experienced.
