... Our snorkelling trip in Cabo San Lucas was a good move given the heat. We enjoyed a boat trip to the snorkelling reef via the stone arch and sea lion colony. After Arches in Canyon country the arch was hardly significant but with little else of note to point out it was a major photo call! When in Cabo, visit Edith Jimenez Morales at either Edith's Restaurant or at The Office. You will not regret it.

The food is fine, the service is excellent, the atmosphere convivial and the vibe vibrant.

Before dinner, whale watch if you like. ...

Staying at the now closed Hotel Cabo San Lucas with friends (Steve Block and his date, Barts and Connie and the late Mike Dix, my ex and I had the week of a lifetime here. We had to fly in on Saturday and out on the next Saturday because, at that time, the airline only had one flight weekly to San Jose del Cabo. I have returned at least three times before today's visit and this ...

... else on the boat is really cool, there's a few characters but thats what makes it interesting. The first day is nothing too exciting as it takes a solid 24 hours to get to Socorros, so there was alot of time to get to know the boat, reading and meeting other people on board. The boat is massive, there is so much room its great, living like kings, the service is amazing (might have to tip these guys) and food is even better. We get feed ...
