... and scurvy at bay with a lovely fresh fruit plate. We arrived in Bari at about 17.30 , moored up and headed off into the city on the local bus. It was so hot, 32c at 20.00. We went to a very good fish restaurant and managed a little to eat but strangely the wine went down very well ! Back to the boat as tomorrow we need to start early again. 55 miles travelled ...

We chose a Trullo for our accommodation, as these are the strange and unusual buildings that this area is known for.

We loved staying in our stone, conical shaped building with our own pool.

The temperatures have reached the 30's, so the pool is much appreciated and everyday the kids started with a swim and finished the day with a night swim.

We found some amazing and unique places to visit in this area ...

We arrived at a place called Puglia were almost every house is a trullo.

They are houses with round triangle roofs and we are staying in one.

After we unpacked we jumped inside the pool with our snorkel gear. It was super duper fun.

We drove to a town and all the houses were trullos everywhere.
There was symbols on top of the houses they meant like church was a cross.

          We drove to ...

We arrived in Puglia and this is the only place in the world that has these triangle roofs.

They look so fun to climb on but we are not allowed dad said so.

And and the first thing we did was jump in the pool. It is quite small but so much fun.

We ended up getting in the pool 3 times and it was so much fun.

And in this place it has a bunk bed yay.
