... terms "hangover" and "hair of the dog" and they seemed to get it. If we could do it over again we would actually skip the mainstream stuff like the ruins and get a more local intimate look at the villages and produce. We did have an accidental encounter with some blokes harvesting olives which was interesting. The swim was great. Warm water and clear as crystal. And no one else on the beach. We headed into town to the Florida Bar. 3 course filet steak meal for £12 including a drink. A very nice steak and a friendly waiter. A nice change to the hotel food. Back to the hotel - still no wifi and after several beers and wine no packing either. That will wait until ...

... I enjoyed my waffle and ice cream. Barry went off to the small shop and came back with some bite spray - a nice gesture but not enough to get him of the hook - 'but he was about to die' After a rest in the room it was out to the town to get Barry a Turkish shave.
