    ... It's possible to live very comfortably here on the island on $300.00 US per month.
    The climate is incomparable with an average temperature of 26 Celcius and the sun shines 340 days of the year. I'm where I'm supposed to be.....this much I know!
    The pictures are of the sunrise from the penthouse condo where I'm staying temporarily. Does it get more ...

    Research on the ferry website reveals I am unable to get a
    boat to Cumana, my preferred destination, until Sunday – thought it was low

    that leaves on the hour (or slightly earlier!!), every hour during the day, to
    the main highway(7 bsf) where you can get a collective minibus direct to
    Juangriego terminal(10bsf). From there a collective taxi from stand 14,
    labelled La Galera, will for 6 bsf get you to Hotel Patrick, though it is
    actually not far and if you knew where you were ...

    ... 8211;
    it was pretty good and authentic with real mozzarella, zinged up with some
    fresh pepper and chilli oil – “I’m in heaven, ….”!

    Enjoyed the rooftop terrace back at the ranch until bedtime
    - I had the only upstairs room, which was off that terrace and next to the
    communal cooking/eating area. I had been concerned it might be noisy but had it
    to myself. The lovely breeze continued all night so mossies were blown into
    touch.
