... It has been mostly sunny and in the mid to high 60s. But from what we have heard Bruges can be pretty rainy a lot of the time. Chocolate shops are everywhere and yes, the chocolate is tasty but very expensive. One street in the center of town has chocolate shops on both sides of the street for about 3 blocks! ... 7 pm. Today was the day to do it. After eating a fairly laid-back breakfast, I caught the bus and then the metro to Bruxelles-Midi station. This morning I was up nice and early for busabout. We are supposed to meet at 8 so I figure 7.30. However brekky hadn't started yet so I went to a bakery down the road amd got a croissant and raisin thing. It was really nice and I wish I had found it earlier! ... is a little random actually) the Keep Calm motto here is "Keep Calm and Eat Chocolate". Soooooo fitting for Brugge, everyone is calm and happy, I think it's a combination of the chocolate and beer. haha
