    On Monday, we change our plans having spoken to well-travelled Peter the Austrian, and follow his recommendations to Toroni, one of three 'fingers' 50 miles south-east of Thessaloniki. We can park on the beach here, for free, and enjoy plenty of sun and sea in the evening and the next day before we move on.

    ... morning, between them they gave me a fabulous breakfast. There was sausage, scrambled egg, tomatoes, ham, bread, and best of all coffe.
    I say this because they offered me tea, well you would, I said I'd be fine with water, but oh no coffee duly arrived.
    The hospitality from two strangers was humbling.

We had a nice lunch of traditional Goulash soup with crusty bread washed down with a glass of red. Perfect for a cold day.
