... Lima's specialties. Lima is a coastal city overlooking the Pacific Ocean, so the seafood is supposed to be wonderful here. Lima also has a large Chinese and Japanese population, the biggest Chinese community in Latin America, so the food will have an interesting twist. I'm so excited to get away from Colombian food. The white rice, arepas and smashed meat (word coined by Cathi Green) was getting really boring.
