It may have been just the accumulation of the last few days but I had to stop several times during the day for a break - just could not concentrate for more than an hour at a time.
Finally pulled up at the Best Western Radford - nice shower and a night in with Pizza!
Despite our best intentions, we had a slow start to the day. We got up a bit later than planned and took our time getting packed and ready to go. After a quick stop for some breakfast we headed back into the mountains to catch some more waterfalls.
First stop was Looking Glass Falls which was a fairly good waterfall that fell into a very inviting pool at the bottom. Damien was tempted but thought it was a little early for a dip. Next stop was Daniel Ridge falls that was a little off ...

After lunch, we walked up and down the two blocks that make up this part of Main Street. We went into lots of antique stores (lots and LOTS) and ended up getting ice cream at Miss Angel’s and her moonshine ice cream (we didn’t have the moonshine ice cream).
After that, it was back to the RV. Our plan is to head to Asheville tomorrow.
