Up at 5:00am and out the door in 40 minutes. I had to haul the luggage down two flights of stairs but rolling to the train station was downhill. Mom got coffee for us. This area is certainly an adventurous place to visit, the only draw-back is to add about 20% more than you expect to spend, but come anyway. Although we hope that when you visit, the weather is clear enough to get some of the magical photos that we missed. We did buy ourselves a couple of postcards to show what it should have looked like.

This morning we went down to the Interlaken boat terminal to catch the 9 a.m. cruise on Lake Brienz.
