Final Day in Venice
... found a Best Western Hotel and pretended to be a guest. How resourceful!!! Maddening, beautiful Venice

Venice - Just incredible!
... are amongst it all in the middle of the canal – homes, businesses, hotels, gondolas, water taxis. I went to the last stop passing under all 3 bridges that cross the Grand Canal. I got a great view as we passed St Marks Square. When I hopped off the vaporetto I walked back along the boardwalk next to the shore to St Marks Square.
