What a fabulous day of snow today. In the morning I took a train to Monthey for scoping out some work opportunities. I think the business opportunity is really quite promising!
In the afternoon Sara, Elliot and I went to the Xmas market in Montreux. It was a gorgeous setting with the snow over the lake, a light snow fall and no crowds!

... there. We had sunny skies the entire trip and once again, everything was beautiful.

Had rachlettes for the first time - this is a type of cheese that they melt and serve with a couple small potatoes, onions, and pickles. I find it to be better than fondue and made sure to eat it a couple times. Another first time experience was carmel vodka. A local bar, named The Pipe makes their own vodka there and it is good!
