... and we eventually won back my soggy washing.
A productive day at work, got lots of my jobs crossed off the list-hurrah! Yummy staff dinner from the No 14 kitchen of creamy mushroom pasta-sounds a bit dull? it really wasn't!
Massaging my boss tomorrow, hope he still thinks I'm worth it!

Team dinner at 14
... fig chutney and toasts and then-yes more!-honeycomb and apple parfait with apple sorbet. My goodness! The most incredible meal I've ever had. The chefs are outstanding. The service was smooth and charming, so impressed with the hosts.
After finishing our drinks in the lounge the team head out for a few drinks on the town. I'm entirely sure that Verbier nightlife is quite me. Very different to La Ros vibe of fun and friendly. I need to do a bit more expolring to find my fit I think.

Amazing days in the Swiss Alps
... snow and reaches up to 80km/hr. She really enjoyed it and had a huge buzz on when she got back down. We checked out the Ice Palace – a big tunnel carved through the Glacier itself which has a bunch of wee alcoves containing ice carvings. Then finally we went out onto the Plateau for more views and to watch incredibly stupid people cross barriers and walk on slippery ice to the edge of 1000m drops just to get a photo (sadly none of them actually fell off)

... you can see out for miles, when it’s overcast you only see white, which was how my experience was in Zermatt. Today, however you couldn’t have wished for a better day. It was still cold, think it was about 1 degree up there but I had good clothes on just wish I’d remembered to bring my gloves as it was only my fingers and face that were a little numb.
