When it was discovered in the morning, she could either accept the proposal, or she had to reject by ripping the maypole up. The woman was expected to leave a consolation gift though, and of course, being in Bavaria, that was a few barrels of beer!

After the tour I returned to the hostel to eat. I wanted to mix it up a bit from the classic backpacker dish of rice and sausage, so instead i ...

      Day Three:
Checked out of the hostel. Visited Marienplatz Square. Packed with people! Got a manicure and visited the fresh food markets/Christmas markets. Bought mum a cute hand woven santa Christmas tree ornament. Caught the train back to the airport after a few hours and flew home! (To London that is)

... venture along, we stop at Alois Dallmayr, one of the most exquisite foodie places in the world. My brother and I stop first in the tobacco section where the finest cigars in the world can be purchased for a small price. My brother is a cigar aficionado and I try to obtain a quick education from him. I purchase a fine Cuban cigar for him; hoping to partake one small puff and knock another thing off my bucket list. I have heard so many stories about the taste ...
