The next day was Jay's birthday! We enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading out to explore Munich. Our first stop was Marienplatz. We watched the Glockenspiel and then decided to climb to the top of St. Peter's Church. It was a perfect day to look over the city of Munich. After Alter Peter we decided to explore the Viktualienmarkt. Shelby loved how fresh everything was! There were so many things ...

... pretty nice views over all of Oktoberfest, at a speed that allowed it to be taken in. And it ticked off another ride! By the time we were done on that, I think we were beginning to feel content that we'd seen enough of the other parts of Oktoberfest to satisfy our desire to say we'd seen it all.
