      ... but was adopted by French parents and has worked as a advertising guy in japan, morocco and egypt. We were talking about Egyptian work ethic and he observed that a project in japan would only need a 5 person team. In Morocco he'd need 12 persons for the same project, and in Egypt he'd need 20! Even then, the work quality of the Egyptian team pales in comparison to the Japanese team, though their cost of labor is so cheap that the Egyptian team costs ...

      ... the rest of Egypt - the touts and restaurant owners were quick to let us on our way after asking us to step into their stores/restaurants. The town of Dahab is situated on the shores of the beautiful, although misnamed Red Sea (it's really an amazing shade of blue), with Saudi Arabia in sight past the narrow Gulf of Aqaba.       ... continued to hike the final 6km down, we realized the steep climb on which the camels had taken us up. Looking at the cliffs,and the narrow trail, we were glad we did not know this on the way up.

      We all made it safely to the base of the mountain where St. Catherine's Monostary is located. This marks the location where Moses first saw the burning bush. Overall, this hike was the highlight of my trip.

      ... as I just got given a free dessert! They're like miniature doughnuts I think, and taste amazing. Since I started reading in my free time here I've already got through 3 books, think I may need to buy some more... I miss actually holding a book, reading one on this small screen or even on a kindle isn't the same. Though saying that if I didn't have this I'd have gone insane by now.
