... All we knew was that it was by Kevin's house so we went that direction. We ended up down many streets and in the Farmacia next to Via del Fossi to ask for directions. After a lot of asking and wandering we ended up finding the place and it was well worth the journey. We went inside and the man at the counter started talking to us. ... pretty, straight out of a postcard. We then stopped at the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the evening. We were worried our photos would turn out dark and ******, but then the most incredible sunset broke out and blew us all away! We took all the standard touristy shots and had a great time. ... dining at its best! Ravioli stuffed with cheese and truffles, spaghetti in fresh tomato sauce, pesto, meat sauce, all poured over homemade pasta noodles. Tired, hot, stinky and sweaty when we walked in....ready to take on the world after a meal like that!

Today we definitely picked up the pace. We had breakfast at the B&B at 8:30 and were out the door by 9, heading straight to Academia to see the Statue of David, and the rest if Michael Angelo's work. His work was unbelievable... It was so detailed, and something about it made it incomparable and empowering.
