... was amazing and we learned a lot. Of course we got to sample the goods, along with a breakfast with Lambrusco, the sparkling red wine from the region. Riunite has done a great disservice to this good wine! We have newfound respect for the difference between real "Parmigiano-Reggiano" and American "Parmesan."

... out we saw some Maseratis (made in Modena) leaving the factory. This area really is super car heaven, with Pagani and Lamborghini also made close by.
We made it to our hotel in North Milan in the late afternoon and stopped in for a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant. As this is a business hotel and it is the weekend, we managed to pick up a suite at a very reasonable price with the hotel being next to a station and closer to the lakes.
