    ... but adequate. It was in an block of apartments - apart from the cleaner Marzia who let us in we were the only ones living there - which was pretty eerie.     ... reception is very helpful and has advised us on where to go walking and lent us a map. Today we have been up Monte Citerna. The walk wasn’t particularly steep or long so we were back by one for lunch and a siesta. The sun is still shining and it’s hot but with the occasional refreshing breeze.

    ... was fantastic. I wandered to the laundrette and filled the washing machine with my riding gear and a few other bits and pieces. I then wandered in the supermarket a few 100m away. The hotel is a little out if the way so I thought I would just have some light and easy meals - my body would appreciate it.
