    Lovely family-run hotel, great friendly atmosphere. Easy walk from Interlaken West station & also into town. Large room with mountain view, very comfortable

    ... greek yogourt, scooped (it doesn't pour) over meringues. Eat.

    Oh. My. Goodness. Heaven.

    We walked around the village near the castle, visited the castle, admired the yards, ran around the flower gardens that we weren't supposed to run around in (criminal I know….), checked out souvenir shops, took photos

    ... most modern hotel in the area at the time – with private bath facilities, radiators and elevator.

    Directly across the road from the hotel, I walk across a bridge, and I’m ready to take the little red funicular which takes 10 minutes to climb to the 1323 metre high Harder Kulm, the hotel gave me a free pass to take the trip and told me it was worth going on.     ... resembled homes and farm buildings from centuries past. These were more than one hundred centuries-old buildings. It was very fun, and it was the perfect day to go. The weather was gorgeous.     We had rain overnight and on waking it was damp, gloomy and overcast. After breakfast we strolled into Interlaken rather than taking the bus to do a bit of grocery shopping.
