We went to the office of Civil Affairs with two other families. It was kind of a blur, but Emmett bounced in and was taken into the play room. He was then brought into the meeting room to meet his brother, grandparents, and parents! It was quite a relief for all of us that this moment had come, and our health finally returned to normal

The taxi driver didn't exactly know where our hotel was so he got on the phone to them to get some directions, super nice of him.
