The bus took us to one of these villages after collecting our local guide on ...

... or brioches for brekky, panini a or foccacia for lunch a d pasta for dinner. Talk about wheat overload. Because we have to carry the shopping quite a way, we haven't really been able to load up the kitchen with all the extras that make a difference to food so our food has been pretty basic, to say the least. ... that I do that because, after 10 or more years of watching my boys I enjoy the game, but if the truth be known..... I just really enjoy watching a bunch of pretty nice bodies and also there is something very humorous watching males play around while having fun and trying to hurt each other. By the way... I'm not the only one watching so I don't look like a stalker !!

Back to "the Black Stallion" for an aperitivo tonight. I really like it ...

Day 54: travel to cinque terre, swim, sunset

... get to. Had to go up heaps and heaps and heaps of stairs in the hill to get to. There was a nice view though. Then I got gelato and it was the best gelato I've had so far. Cinque terre are famous for lemons so I got lemon and a scoop of coconut. It was amaaaaazing. Walked down to train and went to manarola the next town. It was much nicer and no hill to walk up! It had a really nice swimming area where kids were jumping off rocks and that. Semi naked ...
