... are listed on the UNESCO Heritage sites and features vast underground canyons through which the Reka river runs. Apparently, people have lived in the caves from Prehistoric ages. It was a really wonderful experience walking through the many chambers in the eerie darkness. I half expected Gollum to jump out at me. Unfortunately no photography was allowed but I guess the best images are the ones etched in your mind.

... emptied all the cupboards on the starboard side as we tried to trace where the cable went. Finally at 6pm we had traced it so time for a drink and replace the cable on Saturday. Cables all sorted we stow away everything once again, have a deck scrub, launch the dinghy and we are ready to go when our guests, Alison and Scott arrive at 4pm. Let the fun ...

... it was the biggest cave in Europe.
I was stoked I wanted to go in so bad.
The first bit of it was natural and then we walked out a passage way and BOOM there was a massive canyon in it.
And don't forget that we are 150 meters below the surface and also there was a river at the bottom of it.
And the river caused this hole cave to become what it is. OMG it ...

... whole time we were at the restaurant.

We went to a massive cave.
We walked down to the man made tunnel to the cave entrance.
The cave was really lit up.

There was 3 chambers.
The first chamber was the silent chamber because we could not hear the river.

The second chamber was the 1 with the river going through it.

... We missed the sea and love being back near it.

The kids made more bruises as they climbed all over the rock walls and the rocky beaches.

In Piran we enjoyed many amazing restaurants meals.

We had to eat out every night as the seafood was so delicious and so cheap.

Although the kids still can't get past the spaghetti and chips.
