    ... a few of the sites. We did catch the changing of the Guard at ten, though. Outside we found a pleasant modern French style coffee shop and had iced coffee and pain au raisin. After a walk around the walls to the back of the Palace there was a quick visit to the temple of the reclining Buddha. The minibus picked us up and took us to Chinatown and a restaurant. We got to hotel back in Pattaya about midnight, had a little walk around deserted roads past hotel building sites, skirting round quite a few stray dogs (harmless), bought some water and went to bed.     ... fishing, I have got up very early on many occasions to get some fish, but after no sleep on the deck of a boat, 3 hours after just spending a solid 4 hours fishing, and at 5am - are they mad? Im sure one of the guys, the oldest, didn't even sleep. It was funny, although they had a **** load of gear in their tackle box and had all the rods I didn't think that any of them struck me as regular or particularly great fisherman.     ... seaside resort. My trip is almost at a close now and Claire wanted somewhere to soak up the sun and relax before returning to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and staying in the resort we got exactly that but neither of us were very enamoured with the place.
