... the pool. At 4.00pm we got up and went and got ready to go out, as we wanted to catch the 5.00pm shuttle into the centre.

We were dropped off opposite the palace and went for a mince around. Edd got 2 new t-shirts as the ones he had been wearing the last 3 months had holes in; he tried one on, liked it and then swopped his holey shirt for the new one, walking out with it on his back, with his old one in their dustbin.

We are all so excited about the dive and the amazing day.

We shared some stories on the boat and headed back to base. We sat right at Blue Corner's beach bar and had a couple of beers, nacho's and Pepper poppers (amazing). ... night I went for one last go on the pole, tried jumping into an invert only to discover that a lot of drunk, sweaty people had been using the pole in the meantime, making it extremely slippery so I had no grip and just fell down onto my head on the concrete floor - not the best ending to the night but luckily I had my hair out which provided a lot of cushioning so I was ok. ... a few girls I had met in Gili T, and predictably I lost haha! Today is Monday 3rd and I am off to Australia! Excited and nervous in equal measure, but whatever happens I'm thankful to have an opportunity to at least give it a go!!!
