A few Days at Cape Verde

Our brief stop over was fun, giving us a little taste of Africa, a chance to top up with water, fuel and fresh fruit and veges. It was also a nice social time as we met "Egret" Patrick and Amanda, and "MaryAnne 2" John and Julia. ...

... mean feat here due to limited availability of pretty much everything. We have cleaned, scrubbed, repaired and shopped ourselves dry and are now looking forward to getting the sails out and enjoying the sail. Hopefully our next blog will see us clear of the staggering sights of the Cape Verde landscape.
