... we spent about an hour on the beach. It was packed. We assume with kids on spring break. So now we have dipped our toes in the Atlantic on the east coast of Florida and the Gulf of Mexico on the west side.
Our drive back to Orlando was supposed to take 1 hour 45 min again but the traffic was againg solid all the way past Tampa city and it took us 2 & 3/4 hours.

The bad news is I hit both my balls into the water and Paul hit his first into the drink as well. The good news is that Paul put his second on the green.
The following day we drove the final leg to Englewood Florida where we will stay for a month or so. More about the Gulf Coast to come as we explore from Siesta Key in the north to Naples and Marco Island in the south.
