    ... when I saw the little mug it came in and realized how much it had cost me. Won't do that again. I'm surprised how little of an appetite I have; I literally am just eating enough to sustain me and not the usual amounts I eat at home. I think I'm just overwhelmed and trying to adjust even to the different food. I've basically been living off these costco granola bars; living the dream really.     ... me up and taking me out for dinner. Also, it's Black Friday here in the UK. Apparently its not the same as in the US/Canada with the shopping and all that, so I'm really anxious to check it out! OH, my hotel in Swansea is awesome by the way. I did have to awkwardly walk to it with my 130+ lbs of luggage though. Seriously, I could've taken someone to europe for the amount of luggage I brought.     ... the other day with the Russian girl again beginning the practice of Chod. We joined them and today no one had a fit!!!! He also gave us a lovely teaching afterwards explaining how the essence of sutra and tantra come together in the practice, he also spoke about genuine dharma and dharma which is practiced to impress others.
