... Imperial IPA from Evil Twin Brewing. The beer lives up to its name as a hop bomb explodes on your tongue with every sip. The hops do not dominate the flavor though. There is a strong malt taste that balances the bitterness and at 13% ABV there is a distinct alcohol flavor.
