The weather was beautiful as we walked down into Darling Harbor and around Cockle Bay. We were by now both hungry and spotted a pizza place in the corner of Cockle Bay and decided to try it.

... We also got a radio so we could hear our group leader talking. So when we got on the bridge it was so surreal that I am in Sydney. I will probably never get the chance to do that bridge walk again so I'm so happy that I did it and it was worth every penny! The walk lasted probably two hours. Our group leader stopped and let us take in the view many times. Just looking at the Sydney Opera House lighting up was amazing, and also the city lights ...

... as Laura's been watching the Voice Australia so she was happy. A TV just gives you something to do in the evening really without just going to bed, if we've spent all day out. It also had a great location, which made up for the general lack of up-keep to the hostel, specifically walls. Not to be confused about dirtiness though as it was run by Chinese, the place was always clean. We spent all day most days out in the city, as there was a lot to ...

Getting up at 3.45AM was a killer!

Seemed to be a bit early really as we made good progress in getting to Nadi airport for the air Fiji flight to Sydney. We think the temperatures dropped during the night because there was a fair bit of early mist / fog around.

We were first in the check in queue - a first for us!

Result of this was sitting around for what seemed ages. Anyway left on time so that's the important thing.
