... to check into our first dorm room, I felt like a child and loved it.... Bunk beds!! The dorm actually worked out more expensive than the private double for the 2 of us but Ed got them to agree to match the private room price! The mattress was a bit hard but the duvet and pillows made up for it, what was even better was that it was empty that night. It would of worked out great to stay in that dorm the whole time but it would have been more expensive then staying in the double ...
... rest then off to dinner with Gok (graduate of Pathways and worked with Headspace), Ampika (English language teacher with Kokkos) and Waraporn (Early Childhood Teacher). All members of the Glory Church. Had a yummy seafood dinner at a restaurant we used to go to with GLO Teams. So plenty of memories and reminiscing!!
Home early for ...
... and a snack for a good price so we asked for that. To our joy the snack was a plate of really good French fries! We tucked in and enjoyed our beers.
That evening we decided to head out to some of the temples as they were supposedly lit up very nicely between 7-9pm and Kirsty had made a "Happy Birthday Grandad" sign for both of her Grandads’ birthdays, which were a few days apart. Leaving Australia we had a 7 hour flight to Kuala Lumpur, we had checked in online which meant we were seated together and got a good aisle seat. The free drinks, hundreds of films and our books kept us amused, the only problem is that you have to get up once in a while because your bum goes numb. Arriving in Kuala Lumpur airport of which we are fairly familiar with now, we only had an hour before our connecting flight so got a fast train down to our terminal. ...
