Services of typical of a tourist based economy are present; hotels, international restaurants, para-sailing, and as with so many other places in SE Asia, go-go and ***** bars aplenty. It seems as I've been seeking these places out, but they really are that prevalent.

However, if you want to see the few cultural sights, I highly recommend that you hire a tuk-tuk for the day, they will cart you around from sight to sight and wait while you explore for not too much money. If you do think that biking sounds like fun, eat a hearty breakfast, apply plenty of sunscreen, and bring water. I don’t think I’m that out of shape that this advice is unwarranted. ...
