Homeward
... it seems they just took some plexiglass and installed that around the original windows. There were only Ice machines on floors 3,6,and 9 and the hallways reminded us of the hotel in The Shining, a little on the creepy side. We decided after getting checked in to take a ride on the St. Charles street car so we found the stop about a block from the hotel and waited and waited, more and more people joined us and we all waited and waited... Finally ...
Road Trip!!!
... an airport you kinda expect to see a few people milling about, or perhaps a taxi cab, bus, shuttle.........you know what I mean... There was NOBODY!! As far as the eye could see. It was very eerie, like a ghost town, and this was at about 11:00 am on a Tues morning.....WTF ???

... and cleaning and just helping out around the house, tom even weeded the whole garden and mowed all the lawns!
I had a big cuddle with gorgeous young William. he is adorable, and likes to sleep and eat! Sometimes at the same time which is amusing to see. He's also strong enough to flip himself over from his back to his tummy now so he is very clever! There haven't been many tears, mainly just in between waking up and eating when hes so hungry he could scream! ...
