      The big reunion

A travel blog entry by sairjg on Dec 16, 2014

... was an amazing surprise! Ibrahim was rescued from the streets of Mombasa about 18 months ago and was found lying in a pool of his own blood having fallen victim to a local gang and thier machetes. It's hard to imagine that now. There were lots of hugs and it was so nice to catch up with him-he is doing so well at school and getting brilliant grades. I feel very proud of him. We treated the boys to pineapple after all the hard work of the dancing and they go crazy for fruit. I'm not ...

There was a tour guide picking me and a few other people from the resort up at ten o'clock to take us to the ...

We spent time looking at animals (getting us excited and well studied for our upcoming safari), learned ...

A travel blog entry by adandgen on Mar 09, 2014

This is going to be quite a small "random stuff" because Gen has finally learned how to control her natural clumsiness. She didn't fall down, trip over or slip up at all (I think she may have slipped down the path to the beach camp in Shivpuri, but she denies it. For myself, I survived unscathed apart from really really bad DOMS (delayed onset ...

... for them to have and they loved every mouthful. Then it was mango time...they loved this as much!

As if they hadn't had enough food, they went on to eat the big cake each I had bought them before slowly getting up from the table, and making me feel their bellies! They were so full!

I said my goodbyes to the boys and didn't cry! It was a happy time - the boys were full of food, smiling and playing with the toys I had put ...
