... is heavy traffic as we reach Nairobi and we can’t get through. The driver goes on the other side of a dual carriageway and goes against traffic. It is a nightmare.<br><br>The patient does not make it. We arrive at the hospital and reconnect him to a monitor, but his underlying rhythm now is asystole. <br><br>It is so sad, and frustrating. I don’t know if he would have made it if the machine would have kept going, but he would have had a better chance.
