Traveling to Mactan Island was the best. Great island with lots of diving, snorkling, clear water, white sand beaches. Loved it very much. Lot of history and Culture of the Philippines there.

I have already written about The Jungle Restaurant in the Mactan Island section. The Mactan Shrine is amazing, with statue of Lapu Lapu and the story of Lapu Lapu. Many gift shops and souivner shops. Great place for buying those little items to take home.

... been to a few beaches now and I am still searching for the 'one'. I'll let you know when I get there. Tomorrow I am off to Bohol which is home to the Chocolate mountains, which should make for some good photos. Speaking of photos....I bought a new memory card for my camera which held a couple thousand pictures....Never buy anything in China!
