      ... be loved.
      We have discovered that not all desserts are good. Some taste like dirt balls of sugar. They are very, very good for throwing at walls. Lesson of the week.
      We've all started thinking about leaving, and some of us even dream about it. I still have no idea how to fit all of my stuff in my suitcases, especially with all these new purchases. (no, you don't get to know what they are. Too bad. Sorry. What I will say is that Omani silver is great ...

      I have been here for two full days now, and am already learning a lot of things about Muscat, Oman, and the Middle East. We have been doing orientation a lot but today we did venture out and get to see a mosque and go to a traditional Omani restaurant and an Indian restaurant for dinner. (the rest of the day we spent at a rooftop pool relaxing.) Here are some things I have learned:
